Shipping is FREE for all game room products delivered within the lower 48 United States.  ShopGameRoom.com uses UPS Ground to ship our products (except for slot machines).   Products typically leave the warehouse between 2-3 business days.  Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking information so you will know which day to expect your order.  UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep this in mind before ordering.   

* During periods of high volume, such as holiday seasons, allow 4-5 business days for an order to ship.

* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, we can make special arrangements for UPS 3-DAY SELECT, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, OR UPS NEXT DAY SAVER.  These methods will incur shipping charges.

Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays. For example, if an order is sent via UPS Ground and ordered on a Monday, it should arrive on Friday.  UPS orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed shipping date.  See the map below for typical UPS Ground delivery days once the item leaves the warehouse. 

Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific guaranteed transit times.
