Frequently Asked Questions. 1. What are your shipping options? 1. ShopGameroom.com uses only UPS to ship our products. FREE Shipping on products is through UPS Ground . There are options for 3-day select, 2nd day air or next day saver, but these options would incur shipping charges. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep this in mind before ordering. 2. Shipping is FREE for all of our products IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND, OUR INITIAL COST TO SHIP THE ITEM TO YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Free Shipping only appies if the item purchased is not returned. 3. Orders usually ship between 2-3 business days with UPS Ground shipping. * During periods of high volume, such as holiday seasons, allow 4-5 business days for an order to ship UPS ground. Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays. For example, if an order is sent via UPS Ground, and ordered on a Monday, it should arrive on Friday. UPS orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed shipping date. Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific guaranteed transit times. 4. At ShopGameroom.com, we realize that all sales may not be final. If a customer makes a purchase and wishes to return the product, he/she has 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 30 days of the product leaving our warehouse. There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.
a. Closeout items are unable to be returned. b. If a product has been used, even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned. c. If a customer receives defective merchandise, he/she can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value. d. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. IF ANY ITEM IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND, OUR INITIAL COST TO SHIP THE ITEM TO YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Free Shipping only appies if the item purchased is not returned. If a product arrives damaged, ShopGameroom.com must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with UPS. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out. All orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, ShopGameroom.com will not be responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. This policy protects both the customer and ShopGameroom.com. There are no exceptions to this policy. In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, it will need to be sent back to us. If this is the case, ShopGameroom.com must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to the warehouse. Costs will only be reimbursed if the customer is exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping.
